A hopeful American secretary takes her life savings and splurges on a trip to Venice? Why? To find love, of course!

What happened when two titans of the musical theater world came together for a single collaboration? Five years before his breakout hit Company, Stephen Sondheim partnered as lyricist with Broadway king Richard Rodgers. They transformed Arthur Laurents' popular play In the Time of the Cuckoo into the musical confection Do I Hear a Waltz? with limited success. Featuring a sympathetic heroine, the romance of Venice, and a cadre of colorful characters, we ask CNY audiences to judge the work for themselves in this exciting concert performance!
